This Pipe ring stiffness testing machine is used to determine the ring stiffness of thermoplastic pipes having circular cross-section, also compression ring softness may be test according to customers requirement.
It is suitable for pipe ring stiffness test of thermoplastic pipe, glass steel pipe, double arm corrugated pipe, glass fiber reinforced plastic sand pipe, winding pipe, PE pipe, PVC pipe, PPR pipe. Used to determine the maximum force value, upper and lower yield strength, compression, ring stiffness, loop flexibility, pipe tension, pipe creep ratio and other series of tests.
Features:
1 The machine adopts double space structure; it is pulled up and down.
2 The speed control system adopts servo speed control system and servo motor, and its performance is stable and reliable. It has mechanical protection devices such as overcurrent, overvoltage and overload.
3The transmission part adopts the arc synchronous toothed belt and the precision ball screw drive, which has stable transmission, low noise and high transmission efficiency.
The 4 universal joint adopts a cross pin structure and has a swing angle limiting function. On the one hand, the sample is clamped to ensure the test concentricity, and on the other hand, the influence of the irregular sample on the sensor is well eliminated.
5. Equipped with a dedicated ring stiffness deformation measuring device to make the deformation amount result more accurate.
6. Three models are suitable for pipe diameters of φ1000mm, φ2000mm and φ3000mm.
